Delete your Sukkur App account

How to request deletion

1. Fill in the email address linked to your Sukkur App account.
2. Confirm that you want your account deleted and tap Submit deletion request.
3. We verify the request and permanently delete your account within 30 days. We may email you at that address to confirm.

What we delete

When your request is processed, we permanently delete:

• Your account (email and profile: name, username, bio, phone, avatar).
• Saved / bookmarked places.
• Reviews and ratings you wrote.
• Community place submissions you sent.
• Feed posts, photos, videos, comments, replies, likes, reposts, follows, hides, reports, blocks and Feed viewing history.
• Your uploaded Reels and their social activity.
• In-app notification history and notification preferences.
• Push notification device tokens linked to your account.

What we may keep

• Backups — removed on our normal backup cycle (up to 30 days).
• Storage cleanup window — deleted Feed/Reel media may remain in restricted operational storage for up to 7 days while automated permanent cleanup completes.
• Legal / security logs — minimal technical logs if required by law or abuse prevention (not used for marketing).
• Anonymous analytics — aggregated, non-identifying usage stats with no link to your account.
